10 Easy Halloween Makeup Ideas – Great For Beginners & Last Minute Invites!
Do you want to literally glow up overnight using the Light Feminine method? Click here!
Hey, pretty people!
Halloween is almost here by now, and this year I have found myself having some fun with a few interesting makeup looks.
The month of October hasn’t been particularly kind to me, so I could only complete a total of 10 looks. I did a couple more, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with them, so I decided to omit them from this post.
Although these looks are fairly different from one another, they do have a common theme: how simple they are to recreate!
The majority of these makeup ideas were executed with drugstore items, which will all be described as we proceed throughout the post. However, I definitely encourage you to recreate them with whichever products you have and feel comfortable using.
I was going to post all of these looks on my Instagram and TikTok account, but as I mentioned before October has been an insanely chaotic month and I wasn’t able to do so for every single one of them; however, I did drop a few pictures and videos here and there – I will provide links for all of them.
Alright, are you finally ready to be inspired by 10 Easy Halloween Makeup Ideas?
Let’s get started!
THE VAMP CLOWN
This is one of the very first looks I did for this Halloween, and I must admit I do like how it turned out in the end.
I decided to pick this color selection just because I wanted to test out the Beauty Bay x Disney Colour collab, and two of those palettes seemed to do the trick (I will definitely be reviewing all three of those in the future).
Here’s a list of the products I used to create this look:
- Creator Revolution Face Paint Palette by Makeup Revolution
- Alice In Wonderland Eyeshadow Palette + The Jungle Book Eyeshadow Palette from the Beauty Bay x Disney Colour collection
- UV Taffies Eyeliner Palette by Suva Beauty
- Clear and Bright Liquid Blush (+ false eyelashes) by She Glam
- A black lipgloss
THE CLOWN – TAKE 2
In all honesty, I don’t really know how to categorize this look; is it a clown? Is it a weird skull thing? Who knows. I have literally named it ‘Pink Skull Thing‘ in my notes! The bottom line is – it fits perfectly in this easy Halloween makeup ideas list!
The bottom line is, I wanted to have a little fun with shapes – but still have a glam element to it; and thus this look was born!

- No-Colour Powder by RCMA
- Hi Brow Shaping Wax by She Glam
GREEN SKULL
We are almost done with the skulls, I promise!
The truth is that the designs of these skulls are quite simple, and perfect to be recreated last minute. Also, you can customize the colors however you want!
I picked green because I hadn’t really seen anything done in that hue before, and I wanted to experiment with the Creator Revolution Palette more.

THE RAINBOW SKULL (the last one I promise)
I wanted to finish off the ”””””scary””””” part of this post with this super colorful but something that can still find its comfortable spot in this easy Halloween makeup ideas list.
I remember feeling incredibly tired after finishing this look, I ended up forgetting to film it for TikTok; all I have is this picture. It’s not my absolute favorite, but it’s a fun one to experiment with colors.

THE LEOPARD
Let’s step away from the ‘classic’ Halloween theme completely and venture into something funnier; like an animal-themed makeup look, for instance!
This has to be one of my absolute favorites looks I have done so far, mainly because it feels incredibly different from a traditional look I would do for Halloween. It was so fun to create, and fairly easy and quick, too!

- Reinassance Flick eyeliner
- Maxi Reloaded Eyeshadow Palette ‘Large It Up’
- False Eyelashes and Hi Brow Shaping Wax by She Glam
THE PURGE MASK
This is definitely another fun look I did, although it still manages to have a slight “scary” vibe to it – mainly because of the movie it origins from.
It’s an incredibly quick look to recreate, which makes it perfect for last minute invites; moreover, you can customize the eyeshadow part however you want!

- Smokey Eyeshadow Palette by Wibo Cosmetics

- Skin Kiss Star Kiss Highlighter by Makeup Revolution
PENNYWISE
Back on the ‘scarier’ path, we have a more traditional makeup look when it comes to Halloween; not only a clown, but possibly the most famous clown right after Ronal McDonald: Pennywise. It has become a must when it comes to easy Halloween makeup ideas, so here is a simple recreation for you to try.
Everybody (including me) seems to always go for the 2017 version of It when it comes to makeup; I have to admit, it is definitely quite easy and fun to recreate!

THE DEER
This look is quite similar to the leaopard one we saw earlier, but still has a few interesting designs for you to try out.
I lifted and elongated the shape of the eyeliner so much to give the impression of horns; of course it doesn’t really come too close, but I do think it pairs well with the rest of the look. Of course, you could do something else entirely for your eyeshadow and eyeliner!

- UV Primaries Eyeliner Palette by Suva Beauty
- Reloaded Velvet Rose Eyeshadow Palette by Makeup Revolution
- Creator Revolution Face Paint Palette by Makeup Revolution
- Soft Matte Lip Cream in ‘London’ by NYX Cosmetics
CYBERPUNK
I am not too sure this look is plain Cyberpunk aesthetic, but it does remind me of it quite a bit.
The cool thing about this one is that the end result does look complicated and intricate, but when you actually sit down to do it you realize how simple it is. Simply trace lines with eyeshadow and go above with eyeliner!

BATGIRL
Lastly, here we have kind of a classic look.
I wanted to finish this post about easy Halloween makeup ideas with one of my favorite looks; moreover, this happens to be one of the easiest of the bunch, too.
The best part about it is how you can customize the eyeshadow look, or even do a simple smoky eye to make everything even easier and quicker; in short, it’s a super versatile look!
