I love diving into the glow up world, mainly because it’s a fun way to challenge myself into trying new things. Hopefully it’s the same sentiment for you as well!
This new article was born with the very same goal in mind, as you can probably guess.
It features a total of 10 practices you can indulge in throughout the week, ranging from physical advice and more mental ones.
I tried to space out between each category as much as possible, and hopefully you’re going to find some interesting points to expand on.

We’re starting off with a pretty basic concept: skin care. Taking proper care of your skin is crucial if you want to look nice and healthy in the long run, but that doesn’t mean you should spend your whole paycheck on it!
The very first step is to identify which type of skin you have. Are you leaning more towards the dry side? Or does your skin get more oily throughout the day? Maybe you’re more sensitive to skin care, and some products tend to break you out.
Once you have that down, it’s time to think about products. If you’re a total newbie, you’ll be pleased to know that all you really need to do is cleansing, toning and moisturizing – plus, using spf in the morning. That’s literally it!

Varying between different workout routines is the ultimate way not to get bored, and to ensure your body gets some more rest throughout the week.
