I have discovered a passion for fragrances a few months ago. Needless to say, I have been trying to explore it ever since!
I ended up taking a couple of friends to various stores to try different perfumes on, and have made peace with the fact that I am going to gift myself a bunch of fragrances on Christmas and my birthday.
All jokes aside, I find this world one of the most fascinating and underrated ones ever. We often overlook the power fragrances have in our daily lives, and I definitely will do my best to remind you through my blog!
Today, I have decided to talk about sexy fragrances; more specifically, date night fragrances and perfumes.
It may sound weird for some people, but I think there are some perfumes out there that give off this specific sexy, enticing vibe. The perfumes featured here are pretty different from one another, but their ‘aura’ is what makes them so seductive.
They feel warm and inviting, classy yet a lot of fun. They all pack a pretty powerful punch, but that’s exactly what you want from a date night perfume!

ZARA – CHERRY SMOOTHIE
This perfume is the most recent addition to my collection, and is quickly becoming one of my all time favorites! It’s an almost perfect dupe for ‘Lost Cherry‘ by Tom Ford, and is one of the warmest, most inviting scents you’ll ever experience.
Spicy and unique, this fragrance makes a strong case against all those people who claim that low cost perfumes only last a couple of minutes. It definitely leans more towards the ‘strong’ side, which is something I don’t mind at all. Quite the opposite, in fact!
However, if you prefer more subdued fragrance, I have a feeling you’re not going to find you next signature scent in this cheap spray.

- MIDDLE NOTES: Hawthorn, Heliotrope and Peru Balsam
- BASE NOTES: Tonka Bean and Vanilla
DIOR – J’ADORE
Already featured in My Top 3 Femme Fatale Fragrances article, this perfume has been a regular in my collection for quite some time now. And it will continue to be, let’s be real!
This is a more ‘elegant’ fragrance rather than a warm one, but it’s one that would smell divine for a date night. On the other hand, it’s still packed with fruit-y notes – although the floral element is much more prominent, this time around.
I personally think this scent would fit a more elegant and even formal date night setting – like a dinner in a famous restaurant. I am not sure if the long, gold-refined bottle plays any part in this vision of mine, but let’s be honest – it probably does!
- TOP NOTES: Pear, Melon, Magnolia, Peach, Mandarin Orange and Bergamot
- MIDDLE NOTES: Jasmine, Lily-of-the-Valley, Tuberose, Freesia, Rose, Orchid, Plum and Violet
- BASE NOTES: Musk, Vanilla, Blackberry and Cedar
VERSACE – CRYSTAL NOIR
I have just gone through this little bottle, and let me tell you: the sadness is REAL. I literally can’t wait to go out and buy another one.
The true definition of ‘warm spicy’, Crystal Noir by Versace is that beautiful woman sitting alone at the counter of one of the most expensive and exclusive bars of the city. She’s wearing a long, (subtly) sparkly dress and is sipping whiskey on the rocks. That’s the vibe I am getting from it, at least!
This fragrance is another floral one, although the spices here are much more prominent. The notes blend perfectly together, and they create the perfect balance between creaminess and sensuality. This small bottle and its intricatly designed cap are just the cherry on top.

- MIDDLE NOTES: Coconut, Gardenia, Orange Blossom and Peony
- BASE NOTES: Sandalwood, Musk and Amber
CAROLINA HERRERA – GOOD GIRL
Let’s close this Date Night Perfumes round-up with a bang! I wanted to save this fragrance for last because it has been a favorite of mine for a hot minute now. You always save the best for last, right?
There are a few interesting similarities between Good Girl and Crystal Noir, although the two are definitely two separate entities. In fact, the woman with this perfume on is no longer sipping whiskey at the bar, but has gone out dancing with here friends. Once again, this is the vibe I (personally) get from it!
The spray in this stiletto heel-shaped blue bottle is sweet, yet warm and quite spicy. It does pack a pretty powerful punch, and contrary to what I saw some people online saying it does last quite a long time. Especially if you spray it on your clothes!
