Hey, pretty people!

Dry skin is nobody’s friend, especially during the Summer!

This post, as you may have guessed from the title, will be all about a super easy body oil; it is a fairly popular beauty product, and one you can try and make it for yourself – just to have some fun!

Making a DIY Body Oil is quite an easy and cheap experience, despite what you may be thinking.

The ingredients required are very few, and you most likely already own them; however, if you don’t have them laying around your house and want to make an investment, you will be pleased to find out the cost is going to be marginal.

I wanted this recipe to contain the smallest amount of ingredients possible, so that it would be easy for everybody to give it a shot. You can customize it however you’d like, and I would actially love to hear about the versions you end up crafting!

So, are you finally ready to find out how you can make your own DIY Body Oil?

Let’s get started!

YOU’LL NEED

Before jumping straight into the crafting process, let’s quickly talk about these ingredients and a few of their benefits for your skin.

ALOE VERA OIL

Aloe Vera Oil is a recurrent ingredient in my DIY skincare formulas, and a generally popular one. It can help gently moisturize and exfoliate the complexion, all the while fighting acne and keeping breakouts at bay. Also, it can help reduce the size of your pores. If you don’t know where you can get aloe vera oil, here is everything you need to know to make it at home!

LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL

Lavender Essential Oil is one of the most versatile skincare and haircare ingredients ever, and is often present in my DIY beauty recipes. This oil can help fight acne, redness and texture. It can promote a softer and healthier complexion, as well as moisturize the skin. Also, it can help reduce itchiness and give dry skin a bit of a relief.

VITAMIN E OIL

Lastly, let’s spend a few words on Vitamin E Oil. This ingredient is here to make sure your body oil won’t go bad, and you will be able to store it outside of the fridge. If you don’t plan on adding the tabs, remember to keep the product in the fridge. Only take it out when you need to use it.

Alright, let’s get crafting!

There really isn’t much to be said about this crafting process, to be honest.

All you have to do is mix all of your ingredients together and pour the mixture into your empty bottle.

And that’s basically it, your DIY Body Oil is all ready to go!

♡  Thank you so much for reading! I hope we kept each other company for a while. Have a wonderful day! ♡
