I have brought a couple of DIY lip plumping solutions on the blog already, but I realized I never really sat down and talked about my absolute favorite one.

There are quite a few lip masks on the marker, but I would have to say that this DIY one will give you immediate results for a cheaper price. Also, you probably already own all the ingredients needed.

 

So, are you ready to find out how to make your own DIY Lip Plumping Mask?

YOU’LL NEED

• 1/2 teaspoon of Vaseline (Petroleum Jelly)
• 5 drops of Cinnamon Essential Oil
• 5 drops of Peppermint Esssential Oil
• A bowl

 

Before jumping into the crafting process, I just wanted to spend a few words on these ingredients.

 

VASELINE

Vaseline is the base of our mask, and it’s also one of the most hydrating ingredients you could possibly use. Moreover, it is the perfect one to pick for this project. You could try and substitute it with something like Aloe Vera Gel, but I wouldn’t really recommend it.

 

ESSENTIAL OILS

When it comes to essential oils, I also wouldn’t recommend substitute these two; both of them are going to promote circulation hence make your lips bigger, and I don’t really see a better combo for that!

 

 

 

Alright, let’s get crafting!

Firstly, you want to scoop out your Vaseline and put it in your bowl. Then, add your essential oil drops.

Try to mix all of the ingredients as well as you possibly can, and take your time while doing so. A couple of minutes should do just fine.
