Do you want to literally glow up overnight using the Light Feminine method? Click here!
This is not the first sheet mask I bring on the blog, but it’s fair to say this formula is still a pretty new one for me.
It’s definitely a lot more fun than creating a ‘regular’ DIY Face Mask. There are still few ingredients involved, but the crafting process is much more immersive!
The consistency of a sheet mask is also quite different, which is something that might throw you off at first. This sheet mask is an incredibly hydrating one, and having that feeling pressed into your cloth might be weird at first. However, I promise you – there is a lot to love about this product!
Truthfully, crafting a sheet mask is a lot easier to make than you may think, and this DIY solution is here to prove it. All you will need are a total of 4 ingredients and a cotton cloth.
So, are you ready to find out how to make your own DIY Anti-Aging Face Mask?
Let’s get started!
Before jumping into the crafting process, let’s talk a little bit about these ingredients and the cotton cloth.
You could easily purchase a pre-made sheet mask on Amazon and then add your ingredients, but you can also craft one up your own! All you need is an old, clean cotton cloth. Remember to cut off holes for your eyes, nose and lips, though!
Rosehip Oil is the perfect ingredient to moisturize your skin while releasing its anti-aging properties. Also, this oil can brighten up the complexion and make it look more even. It can help fight acne and blemishes as well.
Honey is another amazing moisturizing element of this sheet mask; moreover, it can help brighten the complexion and fight acne and blemishes.
Carrot Seed Essential Oil is great when it comes to brightening the complexion up, but its true power lies in smoothing and reducing fine lines and wrinkles. Also, this ingredient can boost the skin’s collagen production, as well as hydrate it.
The first thing you want to do is microwave your honey for 30 seconds. It may be weird for you, but this step will make honey’s consistency more liquid, thus making it easier to blend it with the other ingredients.
Now that your honey is ready, pour it into the water. While you’re at it, add the essential oil drops and rosehip oil as well and mix everything together. It may take a little bit before all the ingredients are perfectly mixed, but be patient and keep going!
Once you feel satisfied with your liquid base, it’s time to soak the cotton cloth in and leave it for about 5 minutes. Then, take it out and squeeze the excess formula out.
And your DIY Anti-Aging Face Mask is all ready to go!
