Do you want to literally glow up overnight using the Light Feminine method? Click here!
I have brought a few serum formulas on the blog over time, but I always try and not only update older versions, but also come up with something new.
What I feel like I have lost a bit of focus on is dull skin. Not everybody is a makeup lover like me, and highlighters are surely not many people’s cups of tea.
If your skin is looking a bit lucklustre and you want an all-natural solution for it, this serum may be your new go-to! You will only need a total of 4 ingredients to craft it up, and you most likely already own them.
So, are you ready to find how to make your own DIY Face Serum for Glowing Skin?
Let’s get started!
Before jumping into the crafting process, let’s quickly talk about these ingredients and their benefits for your skin.
Aloe Vera Gel is a fairly popular ingredient when it comes to skincare, and holds a good amount of moisturizing power to it. Besides being a mild and gentle exfoliator, this gel can help soothe itchiness and redness, as well as fighting acne and blemishes.
Rose Water is another popular and fairly inexpensive skincare ingredient, and one you can easily make yourself at home. This liquid can help reduce itchiness and redness, as well as cleansing and shrinking pores. It is a gentle moisturizer, and helps adding glow to the complexion.
Carrot Seed Essential Oil is a new entry in my blog, but it definitely deserves to be part of this DIY Face Serum. This oil is a killer when it comes to anti-aging and collagen-boosting benefits, but that’s not it. In fact, this ingredient is rich in beta carotene, which will make your complexion more even and glowing.
Lastly, I would just like to spend a couple of words on Vitamin E Oil. This ingredient is optional, but I highly suggest you to throw it into the bunch to prevent the product from going bad. Also, it can help boosting collagen production and make the skin smoother.
The first thing you want to do is mix the Vitamin E Oil and rose water together. Be careful while breaking the tab, and feel free to ask someone to help you! Also, this would be the perfect time to add the essential oil drops as well.
Once you have stirred all these ingredients together for a couple of minutes and feel like the mixture is perfectly smooth, it’s time to add the aloe vera gel.
Now, here’s the most annoying part of the whole process: mix all the ingredients together until they are perfectly blended. This is going to take you a hot minute, but be patient and keep going. It will be all worth it in the end!
As soon as you have a perfectly smooth and cohesive consistency, it’s time to pour it into the container you chose. And your DIY Face Serum for Glowing Skin is all ready to go!
