This spray will be a dream come true, and you can make it yourself. The best part is, you most likely already have all the ingreidents you need at home!
So, are you ready to find out how to make your own DIY face spray?
Let’s get started!
Before jumping straight into the crafting process, let’s talk a little bit about these ingredients and what they do for your skin.
Chamomile Tea, part of the base of this face spray, is one of the most amazing ingredients for sensitive skin types. It will moisturize the skin and improving its texture, leaving it soft and glowy. Also, it will help fight acne and prevent breakouts. Moreover, it’s a fantastic ingredient to fight redness and itchiness.
Rose Water, the other half of this face spray’s base, it’s one of the best ingredients when it comes to shrinking and unclogging pores. It will help fighting acne and blemishes, as well as control and prevent breakouts. Also, it helps reducing texture and promoting a healthier and glowy complexion.
Aloe Vera Gel is one of the most popular skincare supplements out there, and has a whole lot of benefits to offer. It helps moisturize the skin and fight acne and breakouts. Also, it will promote a more glowy complexion and a softer texture to the face.
Himalayan Pink Salt works perfectly with these other ingredients because it will not only help keeping the skin soft and healthy, but also balance its oil production. Also, it will help fighting acne and shrink pores.
Lastly, Vitamin E Oil. This ingredient will help your skin boost its collagen production, making it look and feel younger and healthier, and reduce texture. Also, it will allow you to store this product outside of your fridge without it going bad.
The first thing you want to do is make your chamomile tea. Leave the bag infusing in the hot water for about 5 minutes, then take it out and let the liquid cool down for 15-20 minutes more.
While the tea is cooling down, it would be perfect to add the salt and Vitamin E Oil tab to it. Stir the ingredients together for a couple of minutes, and once you see they’re all blended leave the liquid to cool down.
Now that your tea is lukewarm, it’s time to add the aloe vera gel and rose water to it.
Mixing is key here: you want a perfectly smooth spray, not one where the ingredients aren’t perfectly blended together! Keep stirring the mixture until it has a perfectly liquid consistency. That’s how you’ll know it’s ready.
Lastly, pour the mixture into the spray bottle. And your DIY face spray is all ready to go!
Make sure to give it a good shake before using, and note that it will have a more dewy finish if you plan to use it as a setting spray.
