Is it possible to glow up in literally just a day? Yes, and that’s what this guide is going to teach you! From physical appearance, to mental health, to habits, here’s everything you need to know to become a completely different person in barely 24 hours!

Is it possible to create a glow up routine that’s not only incredibly effective, but also respectful of your current lifestyle and obbligations? It actually is!

I know that the stereotypical glow up guide includes pre-made routines you can try to apply to your life, but here’s where this one takes you by surprise and literally builds your glow up routine around your own lifestyle!

CHAPTER 1 – USING THIS EBOOK

This very first chapter is a brief introduction to the book, as well as how to use it.

In fact, this ebook is an interactive one – meaning each time you’ll come across an underlined word or sentence, it’ll take you to an article, podcast or even video.

In the Table Of Contents, each part of each chapter is underlined – meaning that you’ll only need to click on a certain one you’d like to read, and it’ll automatically take you to that particular section of the book.

 

CHAPTER 2 – PHYSICAL

AM + PM skin care routine. Everything on how to construct a proper skin care routine for yourself, including a few of my favorite products recommendations.

Face massages. Why face massages are an incredibly underrated practice, and my favorite tutorials to follow.

Teeth + mouth care routine. How can you take care of your teeth more effectively, but without breaking the bank? Here are my best tips!

Hair care routine. I kept it real simple and only included tips and hacks that we could all benefit from.

Manicure. How to give yourself a minimalistic yet great-quality manicure – without going overboard with colors or expenses.

Pedicure. This is how you can give yourself an amazing pedicure without spending too much money or time on it!

Shower/bath routine. All you need to know about dry brushing, exfoliating and shaving and everything you may possibly want to know about creating a shower/bath routine that will have you feeling the cleanest you’ve ever felt.

Body moisturizers + oils. There’s a right and wrong way to apply your body cream and body oil – and here’s the routine you should follow.

Perfumes + perfume routine. Just like there are rules for applying cream and oil, there’s a proper routine when it comes to applying perfume. I also included a list of dupe fragrances for more expensive smells!

Daily water intake. I mean, that’s pretty much self-explanatory.

Healthy eating habits. Again, self-explanatory.

Daily movement. Why 30 minutes of movement are more than enough for your daily routine, and my favorite fitness content creators to follow.

Sleep patterns. Why going to bed before 10:30 and 11:00 p.m. is more beneficial to you, and a few hacks and tips to sleep better.

Good posture. Why good posture is important.

 

 

 

CHAPTER 3 – MENTAL

Chapter 3 is all about mental health, and here are all of the contents.

 

Building a mental diet. What is a mental diet, how to create and stick to a productive mental diet.

Fake confidence. Why faking confidence is key, and how you can do that effectively to actually build unshakable confidence.

Develop thick skin. Developing thicker skin is a life skill we all need – and here’s how to do that.

All about boundaries. How to find and create your boundaries, and have people respect them.

Asking & receiving. Getting comfortable with asking for something, and receiving anything – from gifts to compliments.

All about mystery. This is how you can sprinkle some mystery in your life and persona without it feeling cringe.

Step out of your comfort zone. That’s where growth happens, and here’s how you can take baby steps towards it.

Try new things, find new hobbies. How to do it in your home, on a budget!

Keep negativity out. With actual steps on how to do it.

Give time to those who deserve it. Become more mindful of the people you spend your time with.

Make hype playlists. This is how to start your morning right!

Romanticize semplicity. How and why romanticizing small things will help you appreciate life more.

Read more. All the benefits of reading, and why you definitely should look into it as a hobby!

Educating yourself. Why it’s important, and how to do it.

Journaling. Why do it, and my personal journaling template.

Practice gratitude daily. How to do it, and the impact it can have on you.

Shadow work. What it is, and why you should do it to better heal yourself.

Spirituality. How you can be a more spiritual person without affiliating with a specific religion (if you don’t want to!).

Keeping promises (to yourself). I mean, self-explanatory.

Beating procrastination. All the secrets to try and beat procrastination.

Celebrating any achievement. Again, self-explanatory.

 

 

CHAPTER 5 – ORGANIZATION

These are all self-explanatory!

Clean + organize house in weekends.

Organize outfits during weekend.

Plan outfits ahead.

Have homework/papers/work in check.

Make wishlists of things you want/need.
